If you want to know the level of garbage this is - compare to Rainbow Light or Super Nutrition. Good rule of thumb - if you can buy a multi vitamin in a regular supermarket or drugstore - it's probably not quality (Centrum, One-a-Day, etc)
Not only that - but this particular one may be fake based on reviews.

I see only one review claiming that something was wrong with their 220 count bottle. This product is the 80 count. The reviews total 4.8 out of 5 stars, which is actually really good on Amazon, considering that a lot of people leave really dumb one star reviews because their package was late one day or the delivery guy had a ketchup stain on his shirt.

In any case, it seems like the reviews are from various Centrum Silver products as some mention that they bought chewables or different sized bottles.

If you want good one get Kirkland Organic Multi Vitamins from Costco.

Even the amazon branded ones are good:

It is better to go with natural sourced vitamins vs chemical sourced. Also, no all the vitamins are the same. You need to look at what is source of that vitamin. For example: magnesium dioxide is not absorbed by your body and that's the kind centrum has.

Do these vitamins actually do anything except a placebo effect? I mean don't get me wrong if there's a placebo effect that's cool too. Is there an actual difference between the regular kirkland multi vitamins and the organic kind.

Centrum is produced by GlaxoSmithKline. I trust anything made by big pharma because they have tons to lose by making fake stuff.
