Not sure if it's just an issue with that coupon or if they're having system issues because they're definitely having system issues since Jan 1 (per several employees)... I wonder if they got a new software update.
I've never had a return at Walgreens before this year and when I went to return at a different store while there to pick up an order they said since Jan 1 they haven't been able to make returns credit back to the original CC payment and would have to give in store credit. mmm no. Returned it to my normal store and they were able to do the return but the lady confirmed it's the same with them: not purchased at that store you get store credit despite having a receipt.
