Hard to find a store that will have enough in stock to max out at $10. I had to load up on 19 packs combined just to reach $10 and I could not get these in a single store. Most had 2-3 packs in stock.

u can buy 1 pack and the rest other merch total sale has to be $10+

Or do the pickup trick. Add over $10 of items to the cart and click checkout. While you are in the checkout process open a new tab and remove whatever you don't want to pickup from your shopping cart. This trick lets you place an order for totals under $10 at least for now.
