Little Caesar's [littlecaesars.com] is offering $5 off your first delivery until January 31, 2021

Coupon code is TRYDELIVERY1 and can be used on the site or in the app.

Delivery Fees were as follows for my order:
$2.99 Delivery Fee
$1.00 Service Fee
$2.00 Tip (20% on a $10 order)

Meaning the $5 coupon pretty much wipes out any delivery fees/tip.

Also on special this month is their Cheeser Cheeser meal with a Large pepperoni pizza, Crazy Bread, and a 2-Liter for $10 (Pizza + Bread is $11 so you save $1 and get a free 2-Liter)

Got it all delivered for $12

Enjoy
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Some people don't tip the driver anything so what's your point?

Those people are trash. (Follow up after downvote) Down vote if you want, but put yourself in the place of a Little Caesars delivery driver. $2? Even as a broke college student I knew better. Have some basic humanity for a working person.

This deal is not about tipping and it's not the customer's job to pay the employee's wage on behalf of the employer. If you want to discuss an optional thing, bring it to Reddit.

Im a pretty good tipper 20 percent most of the time, but it isn't my job to pay their wage. The 2 dollars was for walking 20 steps and handing me my order. I've delivered food i would be happy with 2 dollars because the company was paying me as well.

Not just that he doesnt even know what he is talking about

The full price order without coupon is $10

20% tip on $10 is $2 - the location is literally 0.5 miles from my house i could walk there and back before it would have been delivered

In my experience, $2 is an average tip for pizza delivery. I have completed dozens of pizza delivery mystery shops over the years and at least 90% of them cap the tip reimbursement at $2, even when they will reimburse up to $25 for an order - and that's for chains way classier than Little Caesar's. Their rationale is that any amount over $2 is unusual and will flag you as a shopper. But again, Slickdeals if for posting deals; you can go argue tipping on Reddit.

Little Ceasar's uses Door Dash around here. No driver with any sense will pick up for a $2 tip. Low tip means your pizza will sit there until they find someone dumb enough to take it or hide it within a grouped order (which good drivers ignore). Regardless of the tip, I won't step foot in a Little Ceasar's unless it's 15 pizzas or more.

It's not the distance, it's the time. It will still take the driver 15 minutes which comes out to less than minimum wage. Only someone new or an idiot is going to pick that up.

Also speaking as someone who worked for a chain pizza place(in a suburban area)...a $2 tip was meh, $3 was average, and anything above that was a good tip. We were paid minimum wage (~$8/hr), $1 per delivery, and any tips we received. We paid for our own fuel and obviously put the mileage on our own cars. The customer was charged $3.75 for a delivery fee and we only got $1 of that which was bs. I was averaging around $12-$13 an hour which was nice as a teen back then (2013) but the wear and tear on your car is something you don't think or care about at that age. If you deliver in a beater and fuel is cheap, it's not a bad gig overall.

Delivery services have basically killed in house deliveries. A few places still do it but it getting harder and harder to find drivers.

It's more of an incentive than a tip as I've explained earlier. You're going to get extremely poor service regardless if it gets there at all. Doesn't matter if you like it or not it's just the current model.
