This may be extremely YMMV but let me know what you guys see in your area. I randomly searched 3 zip codes (besides my own) on Brickseek and one of them listed this item at $5.00. It was 75015 in Texas so YES this deal may be rare but it is legit. If it's not $5.00 in your area, then it's not $5.00 YET.
EA Sports Madden NFL 20 for PS4. Since EA releases new versions of their games every year, the game from the previous year is always discounted of course. But generally, Madden NFL 20 sells for about $30 at the major retailers nowadays. My local Walmart has this slashed to $5.00! In my area, Brickseek only listed one store that offered this price but I can't imagine that's the only store in the country. If your store hasn't marked it down to $5 yet, I'd keep an eye on it. The price can only go down.
