I was in the market for a large RGB mousepad and this deal was the best I could find currently online. (1/28/21)
I'm not too keen on the "Pictek" brand as I never heard of it but for $10 shipped and with Amazon's excellent customer protection policies I figured it was worth a shot.
The mouse pad also has more modes and features (Customize RGB) than the typical funky off-brand offerings. Overall, it seemed like a decent deal to me...

You're not going to find a large RGB (Customizable RGB) mouse mat for $10 shipped anywhere IMO; congrates to those that scored the deal. I look forward to getting mine at least...
I was aware of the Fakespot reviews but for $10 shipped you really can't complain if you don't want to look like an ars IMO.

The customizable lighting attracted me as well but it does require that you install a driver [ipictek.com]. (Bottom right of that Pictek driver page)
However, and perhaps I'm being paranoid, I'm not too keen on installing needlessly funky Chinese software on my machine if I don't have to. Supposedly, you can use the default 16 color options without installing anything ergo I and my paranoia should be good.
If you are brave or normal enough to try the RGB software please let me know via this forum thread if you would be so kind as I'm curious.
However, A few cons are...
1 - Mat requires an active USB port that's connected to a PC; you can't simply connect it to dumb USB power source.
Once connected, the mat shows up as a TODAK Permaidani Extended keyboard. It seems like Pictek simply rebranded a Todak [todak.com] RGB mat.
I have not installed the drivers for custom RGB yet as I don't want to deal with any possible malware BS right now. But IMO, the drivers [ipictek.com] should be fine and I will eventually install them.
2 - Mat has a few curls on the ends plus middle edges and is not totally flat. I'm hoping to mitigate this by placing heavy objects on the bubbling/uneven spots for a few days.
Surprisingly, I'm still able to use my mouse and keyboard placed on the mat despite having an arcade stick and 2 heavy external hard drive enclosures on it; it's that big.
Overall, I love the mat and I'm especially fond of the solid red and dark blue RGB settings. It was a steal at $10 shipped IMO.
