Keep posting these ymmv deals and don't worry about people giving thumbs down. I've chased some and missed but I've also hit on some. Also, the store mentioned in zip code 18041 does show the $169 price on Brickseek, so this deal could be possible for others. Unfortunately it's still full price near me.

If I bought this at full price at a Walmart that has it in stock, could I then return it to another location where it is discounted to this price and repurchase it from there? Or will Walmart not allow me to do so?

It really depends on who's working the customer service area and who the manager is when you do that. I've had it work before when I placed an online order delivered to the store, but I've also had it not work. The worst that could happen is you get all your money refunded to you.
