For those BJ's Wholesale club members out there that coupon - if you remember the good old days of ONLY paper coupons and how various coupons would overlap - the monthly flyer, the weekly one, the ~ 6 month one, the postcards, etc, well now that all coupons are in the app, the overlapping continues. PLUS you can re-use them on your account without having to re-add them (all the time.... some coupons require readdition), they just never disappear (with paper coupons you could reuse coupons to your hearts' content so long as you could find more paper coupons). [And note, paper coupons aren't entirely dead - they still send out the flyers, just less frequently IMHO, and they still have the in-store flyer, but they're all duplicated in the app]
What does that mean?
Currently there are (3) coupons for Kleenex - (2) $3 and (1) $4, which means you can get any pack of Kleenex for $10 off. There are $4 and $5 coupons for Persil 225oz (the big jug) = $9 off (and it was $13 last week before one of the coupons expired).
For the Kleenex, that means you can get the 70ct/10pk for $3.99 ($0.0042/tissue) [these are the cubes not the larger boxes, it's all we use at our house and they are generally more expensive than the larger tissues anyway]. Meanwhile the BJ's house brand, 70ct/10pk is $8.49 AC ($11.99-$3.50C) ~ $0.0121/tissue - nearly 3 times the price!
For the Persil, the 225oz jug is $23.99 - $9C = $14.99 ~ $0.0622/oz. The BJ's brand is $14.99 for 170 oz ~ $0.088/oz. [note that the Persil is also an Octane item, meaning it gets you $0.10/gallon discount at your next gas fill up]
There are also overlapping coupons on Nature's Bounty HSN gummies, (2) $3/ea, Pampers Baby Dry diapers ((2) $4/ea), kids Act mouthwash ($2 and $1) and probably more.
Plus as always, you can use MQ's as well if you're into that. I don't know how often you can reuse the coupons.... I've only tried weekly.

The BJ app only shows me the $4

You could always try to find these same coupons in paper version - those still work, but they are the same as the app provides, and you can't scan the same coupon twice (well you can but the POS will complain, the self service checkouts will give an error).
$6.99 BJ dishwashing liquid 100oz - $4.50 - $1.50 = 99 cents
$15.99 Glad force flex 150 ct trash bags -$6 - $3 = $6.99

The coupons at any given time are going to change because of the way they issue them.

I had a $4 coupon for Kleenex but that one expired.

The other one likely expired 2/17 as many did. BJ's has many overlapping offer/coupon books - as I said there's a monthly one, a ~ several month one then the weekly in-store ones, in addition to some random ones sent via postcard (although I haven't gotten one of those in a long time).
$2 and $3 = $5 off Crest 3dwhite, prohealth, proactive gum detoxify of charcoal toothpaste (2/24)
(2) $1.50 = $3 off lipton tea bags (2/24)
