Avoid any alcohol based sugars. They destroy good bacteria in your digestive system. I used to have a bullet proof stomach, immune and digestive system. Had a very sore throat and accidentally bought the giant bag of "sugar free" cough drops (instead of the regular), used them all and have been trying to get back for years.

I realize you need a membership, but these are 20 packs for $11.50 every day at sam's. given that sam's often gives away essentially free membership there's nothing special on pricing here.

It's a variety pack at my Sam's but as long as a person doesn't hate one of the flavors a better deal.
