I bought this deal last week. The one you linked to do not have 1TB SSD, smaller screen, and don't seem to have touchscreen. For non-gaming I think this will will be more than enough.

I also bought this for the same price back in April, and it has worked well for general browsing, Teams calls, and playing Factorio. Only downside is all the Acer bloatware that is preloaded, but that is easy enough to uninstall.

It's OK for the price, it does not have a SD card reader and the screen might be 1080p but it looks rather dim and washed out.

* I still haven't figure out why this Ryzen 5 7520U processor is less powerful than the Ryzen 5 4500U from 5 years ago???

Because it's basically a ryzen 3 with a ryzen 5 name. It's only a 4 core cpu. But what it has advantages in is RDNA graphics which is modern and receives regular updates. Ryzen 4000 Vega graphics has already been discontinued and they get 1-2 updates a year for basic security fixes and there's no guarantee there will be anymore GPU updates. I have heard with windows 11 that your GPU drivers need to be up to date otherwise certain features fail to work.

What a mess.. Why does graphics card need security updates it should be OSs responsibility.
