I think the 4500U is a Vega 6, but is faster than the Vega 8 on the 3500u

The 14" 5402 model seems to have two m.2 slots (it looks like it should accept 2280 size in either but they show also 2230 option on one for some reason) so it should be possible to install two SSD drives, it also has two ram slots so two sticks can be installed. With 1080p screen makes it very nice deal especially with upgradeable ram.

Got the 5505 on black fri and super fast laptop, perfect for most office and media applications. Screen is decent in brightness for indoor and shady outdoor use, unless you are outdoors in full sunlight. Fairly easy to add ram, has 2 slots, upgradeable to 64gb. 8gb is enough for most, I just added an identical 8gb ram stick to 16 gb and can run multiple intense programs at once.

Runs quiet, cooling fan rarely kicks in, has an aluminum exterior for the screen, and the fingerprint reader is on the power on/off button for easy unlocking. Solid workhorse of a laptop.

Lower than black fri prices if you dont mind refurbished. Also a big plus is you don't have to wait over a month from Dell to build it!

Yes it does although its just the letter in the key that lights up.

Battery lasts a long time but depends on how you use it.

I've had good luck with my 5505 from black friday. I ran in to a pile of crashes when I attached a weird old all in one card reader type thing I had lying around but otherwise it has been a solid little laptop. I've even been able to play some games on it with PC gamepass which tbh was shocking. maybe it'll be a dumpster fire in a year who knows but that's a good price.
