I ordered one last time it was this price and I'm pretty sure mine was used.. It had damage around the screws as if someone kept bumping it with a screwdriver to take the plexiglass off and the plexiglass itself had lots of scratches on it that you could feel. I ended up returning it, so make sure you check out the condition as soon as you get it.
As for the controller, it's just fine for a $65 stick, but not worth the full price. I like that it has a nice weight to it, has easily interchangeable artwork, and includes an octagonal gate for those that prefer it to the already installed square gate. Plus, it's wired OR wireless. However, the buttons are stiffer than any of my other fight sticks and your hand will constantly be falling off the left side.
I think it's a good stick for the younger, smaller handed, casual crowd who enjoys using an arcade style stick from time to time for the arcade-y games. Also consider the $90 8bitdo or if you're serious about fighting games get the $150 HORI RAP. PowerA asking $130 for this is a joke.

I got this last time it was on sale. The housing is pretty sturdy with a good weight, but the stock buttons and stick are just straight up garbage. Luckily it was really easy to replace them with Sanwa parts and that's what I did. Really happy after that.
Comparing to my wireless custom fight stick with a Brook Wireless Board, this is 1/3 of the price.

Power A is not a good brand.
