Good deal if you want these two exact tools. You're essentially paying eBay/marketplace prices for the two tools and getting a free battery and charger while getting it from a legit retailer and it will carry the full Dewalt warranty.

Today's deal is similar to what i mentioned above, just add the cost of the DCF894 for $100 and that beats any price you'd find that impact for.
You MIGHT be able to find these listed on your local marketplaces and get them down to $120 for each tool but at that price you are better off buying them with this deal.
