You can try Tello for Unlimited Text + 100 Talk Minutes + 1GB Data Plan $3.50/month for the First 3 Months (then $7/mo. to continue) then down grade after 3 months to 100 mins 1gb or 500mb
and don't forget referral for extra $10!
I had extra phones and I was buying a $5 plan for a $10 referral!
I ordered a sim for a new phone about a month or so ago.

Go to My Tello > My Phone > Bring a new phone.
Then enter your current IMEI (or a different IMEI if you plan to use a different phone).
Select "No, I need one - $9.99" when the page asks you if you have a SIM.
Then click on continue, which will take you to the checkout page where you can finalize the order. The $9.99 will come off on the final page. It defaulted to a paid shipping option, but I was able to change to free shipping.
