Bought an AIO a few years back when Dell Outlet had really good deals, ~$340 for an i3. It can't do virtual backgrounds now, the webcam's dead, and the side USB ports are starting to fail (from all the reconnections). Don't need immediate replacement but just started to monitor the market. I don't do gaming or video editing, but want a beast that lasts. Lots of office work, and regularly watching movies and shows. Is this a good tier of products or should I look for another? For one I'll want WiFi 6.

This is well suited for your requirements and it will last for long. Also, apart from the Processor, Ram, SSD, HDD, Wi-Fi card etc., all are user upgradable as well. The build quality is good as well.
