Their customer service is ridiculous as well. When I reported website inaccessibility, they suggested me try other servers, which did not help at all. Eventually, they said that they were able to reproduce the problem. BUT there is no ETA of a fix at all.
When I looked back to the whole period of experience, I was still mostly living on Windscribe's free plan on most of my devices. So when the new 3-yr Windscribe deal came a couple of weeks ago, I was in again.
Don't waste your money on KeepSolid. It is as solid as a stone and you can only throw it at your enemy. Web surfing? No.
Update:
I've seen people asking about Bittorrent. I've used it on Synology DS and it worked fine. Note that it is not recommended to run VPN on NAS. I am just saying it works.
"Fourteen Eyes" Country - yes
Enemy of the Internet - yes
Timestamp/bandwidth/ip address logging - yes
FYI before purchasing.
(I made that mistake last year and was afraid I'd lost my money. They sorted it out and made a new account for me for the new licenses - but save yourself the trouble.)
