I have been a customer of KeepSolid for a couple of months, when my Windscribe 3 year plan was about to expire. For around 15-ish, I hoped I could live with KeepSolid. I was WRONG. There were many legitimated websites inaccessible when KeepSolid was turned on. When my laptop went to sleep over night and was woken in the next day, I was never able to connect to Internet at all, unless I wipe its DNS IP address from the list.

Their customer service is ridiculous as well. When I reported website inaccessibility, they suggested me try other servers, which did not help at all. Eventually, they said that they were able to reproduce the problem. BUT there is no ETA of a fix at all.

When I looked back to the whole period of experience, I was still mostly living on Windscribe's free plan on most of my devices. So when the new 3-yr Windscribe deal came a couple of weeks ago, I was in again.

Don't waste your money on KeepSolid. It is as solid as a stone and you can only throw it at your enemy. Web surfing? No.

Update:
I've seen people asking about Bittorrent. I've used it on Synology DS and it worked fine. Note that it is not recommended to run VPN on NAS. I am just saying it works.
Based in the USA
"Fourteen Eyes" Country - yes
Enemy of the Internet - yes
Timestamp/bandwidth/ip address logging - yes

FYI before purchasing.
I've been using a 5 device Keepsolid VPN Unlimited subscription since 2016 and got another 5 last year. When well seeded often see P2P downloads ~3-5MB/s which is about what I got even w/o vpn. Works fine for US IP address when traveling too. Keep in mind if you already have one, YOU CANNOT COMBINE the licenses by adding the code to your existing account. (At least that wasn't possible last year.) Use a new e-mail and make a new account.

(I made that mistake last year and was afraid I'd lost my money. They sorted it out and made a new account for me for the new licenses - but save yourself the trouble.)

Not worth 30$ because of the slow speed.
