I own a Zwilling Pro 10" chef knife and feel that these are the best designed handles/bolsters I've ever used.

Lol 57 HRC. $100 for last century's German steel is absolutely not worth it. At this price, all you're paying for is the brand name, not materials or quality.

We have big set of Henckels Pro for like 8 years. Most knifes has developed handle cracks on their own ( we wash them by hands and store in the wooden block only) We sent them for warranty replacement and received new but slightly banded knifes (some left and some right banded ) probably rejected by factory quality control. Never again...
