1 cup EV olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbs honey
1 tbs dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 minced garlic clove

Add ingredients to a jar and shake for 20-30 seconds.

You have created balsamic vinaigrette Smilie

I just make my own vinaigrette with balsamic vinegar, a bit of extra virgin olive oil (both from Costco) and black pepper. No added sugar or salt... Tastes great, healthy and cheap.
