Not necessarily in this case. Bonsaii used to make the Ativa (store brand) shredders for OfficeDepot and they were pretty dependable with 120 minutes of run time and large sheet capacity.
I have no experience with their laminators but their paper shredders have insane run times and were pretty dependable/affordable back in the day

Please explain unclear what a $10 price difference between models reveals since a small price bump makes sense.

A series paper is designed so that cutting an A(n) paper in half the short way results in two sheets of A(n+1).
