Super nail enthusiast here. I have had several bottles of this nail polish. They are all very sheer. The consistency doesn't feel watered down, it's the color that is watered down.

I contacted them to get the free ship activated. It showed up in my FB feed and didn't work. CS said code was 4 yrs old!? She reactivated it. Strange, I thought.

Ya'll crack me up. "7 free" means its free of the top 7 harmful chemicals usually present in makeup and nail polish. That's it.
