The home depot in manhattan shows over 50 in clearance but my guess is that's at$90. $28 is insane.

Just found the hue light strip without the hub at home depot for $20.03 each on clearance. Bought the last 5 they had even though brickseek showed 12. Other depots in my area still had them for $60 clearance. Found 2 strips at another depot for $60, bought them. Then took the $60 ones to the depot who's clearance was $20 and got the difference back in cash

I was the Aspen Hill store but they were OOS there. Gaithersburg, Silver Spring, and College Park all had stock (those were the first 3 stores that showed stock, there were more) at the time the associate checked and was showing $28.03.

Edit: I was at the Aspen Hill store at around 8:00 PM EST today when the associate checked.

Not sure, I noticed the same thing because the Associate said maybe you can order online and pickup in store for where they were in stock. I tried on the iOS app, got an error, and then got to the product page. The Associate was like, oh, that's because you can only buy it in store. So I'm guessing it's because of that reason. fwiw, the numbers I'm seeing on Brickseek matched the counts the associate had pulled up, so I trust what the Associate could see.

Seems like a good price to load up on. If you already have an hub you can save some bucks and go for standalone strips. I am going to drive by tomorrow to check it out

Brickseek says clearance but was sold in store for $89, was told clearance prices are set individually by the stores. YMMV indeed
