I just got smart bulbs from Costco that are also Feit Electric. They seem great, and was interested in getting more of the same brand

Warning. These work, but the commercial electric ones work way better. These have to be real close to the WiFi router to work. It's also a little harder to set up. The commercial electric ones are a lot more intuitive.

Thanks, snagged a few for $2.50 even though I prefer TP Link. I'll use them someday.

Problem with those are that they are 10 amp max.

If you are using Amazon Echos for your home automation, I've found the Amazon Smart Plug to be excellent. 15 amp max, completely reliable, and never loses wifi connection. Made, and supported by Amazon, who I think will be around for a long, long time.. They go on sale around Prime Day and Black Friday for $5.00 at Amazon and Best Buy. I'very got 10 of them working flawlessly in my 3,500 Sq ft ranch style home.

My problem with the Amazon Smart Plug is if your internet goes down, it turns off and won't even turn back on with a button-press. A better behavior would be to remain in the current state and also to respond to manual control.

I picked up 2 for 0.01 each. I was surprised. Problem is that when I went to checkout, they informed me they couldn't sell them to me because "HomeDepot doesn't sell anything for a penny to anyone" and picked them all up from the shelves, minus 2 that they didn't see. I took the last 2 they didn't see and went to self checkout instead of being checked out from a person. Wish I went to self checkout the first time, but at least I got 2 for 0.02 total!!
