Fair enough. My thinking:

1- Thats what free returns are for Smilie
2- those comments could be pre-firmware update fixes
3- its $80, I may live with those issues for an $80 work / sports / etc "banger" and leave my good watches home - if works for 4-9 hours im likely happy
4- if i lived by the 1st 2 reviews of every item id have missed out on a ton of good sh*t/deals. PPL Just dont follow instructions, update, follow charging guidelines/best practices, etc

i read the reviews on all the variations of this same watch (mainly diff color/style but same tech/hardware/OS/etc) and most newer reviews say all good after applying newest updates

That said, this aint an apple or galaxy watch either...love diesel as a brand but watches / tech are not their primary merch. Still, love my no smart diesel watches & clothes so im in for 1, too good a price to pass up. $40-$50 less than even ebays lowest price

It look like the same charging ring that my fossil watch has. The charging ring is coming off. I think this might have the same problem.
