There is no harm in posting items that have a lot of quantity that would not have been seen otherwise. Many people have deal alerts for air fryers that would not have been triggered by a general sale post, and many people don't have the time to go through hundreds of pages for an item they didnt otherwise know they needed. "Sale at Kohls", "Sale at Best Buy" doesnt inspire every single user to go through every single page of items.

"Junk brand"? these have been out for a while- I think this is the same version on best buy [bestbuy.com] with 4.7 out of 5 stars. I have no control over what manufacturers call their product... but also, I have no idea if the Instant Pot stole "vortex" from PowerXLlaugh out loud
