I'm probably overthinking it and will end up missing out on this deal.
But for future reference is the 1080 viewing experience on a 27 inch really that bad? Most comments I found seem to indicate this. Although I'm pretty sure the monitor I have at work is a 27 inch 1080 Dell Professional that I'm happy with.
So if one was looking at two monitors, one a 24 inch and one a 27 inch, and everything else about equivalent, including price, one should lean towards the 24 inch?
I was originally in the market for a Dell Ultrasharp or Professional 24 inch in the $130 range. Mainly for office productivity, kids distance learning but would also like for the kids to eventually use it for gaming. I'm pretty happy with Dell Professional monitors and figure Ultrasharps would be even better. But am not sure how they would be for gaming. Would this monitor be better for those purposes?
The difference in sizes might account for the $30 price difference. But is the experience that bad where one shouldn't consider the 27 inch monitor when comparing the two?
I'm thinking that since I'll be buying multiple monitors, something similar in the $100 range would be a no brainer because the price difference would add up. So will likely wait and see if another deal like that comes up again.
But the question comes when comparing against Ultrasharps, ie U2417h, or Dell Professional monitors priced the same.

I do see OD ad for $129. Maybe ad is wrong?

Not sure if the $20 makes that much of a difference if one needs a monitor.

Edit: It says in stock for shipping but only let's me checkout as store pickup?

It looks like the 24 inch version of this monitor was available at Best Buy for about $100 not too long ago:
