That configuration is a steal. When you get to the page you might look for a tab to pick the GPU. You won't find it. You have to change the CPU to change the GPU.
At that price this should be instant front page!
It will display:
The price of this product has changed from $1,439.99 to $1,384.99 since you added it to cart.

I know it's more expensive, but it is 100% a Max P 3070 with 16 GB of 3200 RAM, and a 5800H... and it's not HP. Don't have many good experiences with HP.

I decided to just reorder a 3060 version with my $50 coupon code they sent me. Price is still decent in my opinion for a compact form factor with excellent thermals.

BTW my order has still not canceled with expected shipping date of 26th March.
Which beats Asus Dash F15 in terms of price and performance as R7 is much faster. 3060 might be at 80-90W, but we'll see when it comes out.

Anyway I looked into it and I'm reading that with credit cards they typically give 60 days to dispute a charge (it looks like Paypal gives 180 days if anyone paid that way). My charge for this computer posted to my credit card on March 1st, meaning 13 days have already passed, giving me only 47 days as of today to dispute the charge if necessary. It's supposed to be another 13 before mine even ships, leaving me with 34 days...and it's not supposed to arrive until April 1st...leaving me with 29 or so days....
The point of my rambling is to ask is this normal for some businesses to do this?? And also to alert anyone of this in case HP tries to further delay these after the expected date. The clock is ticking for you to take action if necessary, so don't let them screw you around and ship this too late. My order status is still sitting at "order confirmed" on the status page, not even moving to the second "order assembly" stage. That's interesting to me because I tried to cancel almost immediately after placing the order, but HP apparently lied and said I couldn't because it was already being built! Well is it or is it not being built??? I'm screen shotting and documenting everything in case they try to screw me somehow. This does not feel right.
Here's a semi relevant link that talks about being charged for an item that hasn't shipped. According to this, it sounds like if the item is delayed HP has to give the option to cancel and refund if wanted: https://consumered.geor
