Cloud Cap is 2.5 layer vs Rainfoil 2 layer
Cloud Cap doesn't have a storm flap covering the zipper like the Rainfoil does
Cloud Cap doesn't have a separate standing collar like Rainfoil does
Cloud Cap's hood is not stowable like the Rainfoil's is
Cloud Cap doesn't seem to have interior velcro pocket like Rainfoil does
Cloud Cap has pit zips for dumping heat whereas Rainfoil has mesh interior lining

I have the Men's Rainfoil and really like it for all temps before needing a winter coat.
Unfortunately, it looks like all sizes and colors for both men's and women's are OOS online.

I find that pit zips are a necessity and love my Cloud Cap. The heat without pit zips in the spring and summer would have me too sweaty otherwise. I also prefer the Cloud Cap collar/hood.
