Little heavy but very good quality at this price range. Been using this for more than a year and satisfied with the quality. I am using Suncast 175 ft capacity hose reel which works very well too with this.

I've had the best luck with the sears all rubber hoses. I've had several in the sun (AZ) for 5 years and they are fine.

In my odd opinion, it can be as good. I've had flexzilla and many other high end hoses. In my opinion, a hose is as good as its owner. I've had a cheap hose lay me 3 years and a high end hose last me 3 months. This one in particular can hold up a few years if you properly put it away and try to prevent kinks when unwinding. Hope that helps a little

I guess I was asking if it's like a Flexzilla hose in that it is very bendable, and hence does not kink? The Flexzilla is always very bendy and soft, even when cold. So wondering if this "never kinks" hose is similar in that way?

Anyone know how well this would hold up in the AZ sun? I basically have to buy a new hose every year. I'd like to get something more durable but so far everything I found just crumbles in 120 degree weather with the sun beating on it, so the cheapest ones have been the most practical and I just replace them constantly. Not sure if this one would fair any better
