Actually it's the same.

30 count = $11.86 / 30 = $0.395 per bar
40 count = $15.80 / 40 = $0.395 per bar
I checked into this before posting the original deal and decided not to post the 40-count package. But since you've mentioned it, HERE [amazon.com] it is.

Oats and sugar are first two ingredients... About 1/4 sugar. These are perfect if you want to gain weight.

Yes, these un"healthy grains" kind bars are junk. Tiny sticky syrupy sweet bland crumbly. So disappointing.

BS. Not eating is the best way to slim down. getting your body to a ketgenic phase is the way to stop your cravings.

if you live an indolent lifestyle, sure
if you're actually active and stay healthy, you actually need carbs or you'll pass out
carbs should not be a bad word

Try that with a manual labor job. Your body needs energy. This works for me. I've literally lost 13 pounds in a week. I also run 6 miles every other day and calorie restrict to 850 but that's besides the point.

This is me. During Texas blackout I magically lost 6 pounds in four days because I didn't stock up on snacks and was doing manual labor all day.

13 pounds is too much if youre at 250 lbs
