If the camper mattresses are a custom size, a little protection adds insurance against a more expensive replacement. But otherwise, a camper shouldn't have any higher risk than a home... unless you have vents open above the beds that you forget to close and they don't have adequate shielding from rain?

This seems very good however haven't figured out how to dry properly because the water collects in it and doesn't drain out because of water proofing. Tough to dry without hang drying.

Good on all of these dimensions. I use it so a toddler can sleep on it btw so can't comment on noise in too much detail.

Actually limited breathability. It is truly waterproof.
