FYI 3mg is usually too much melatonin and is above the needed. I'm 6'2, 250 lbs and I use half of a mg and it helps knock me out.

I've been using this and using 1/3 to 1/2 of a pill. I personally also prefer pills to be able to divide them: https://smile.amazon.com/Natures-...e5153e81cb
