Seems like a great price close to the all-time low on a highly-rated saw with battery and charger. Free shipping and some states have no tax (Georgia did not). Without tax this made the total about $2 lower than the best historical price I could find from 2018.

Anyone have this for an extended time? I have the 20v saw. Nice saw but throws oil all over the place while in use and leaks oil when stored (if not completely emptied). Thanks.

No tax in AZ. I went for it. I have the 20v and it did not do too great on some palm trees that I have; the fibers bog it down and seems like the bearings in the bar end seized after some lengthy cuts.

I think project farm made this the best overall for electric chainsaws.

Comes out to $140-$165 after chucking the battery and charger. Not bad for a 60v tool of this size.

Edit:

Yeah looks like it's on par with the Echo in cut speed. Slap a 12Ah (4Ah at 60v) and you get a decent runtime for a battery operated tool.

I hate the bar oil cap on this saw and the 20v version. They are so flimsy

FYI Home Depot chat said they "can't price match outlets". This is a good price but I wanted to use my 10% off code for my HD cc, so I asked if they'd match. No luck for me, but thanks for the find OP

After taxes it doesn't make much sense for the hassle. It's like a $4 difference with a 2% CB card.

Unless if you're getting taxed through fasteners inc as well.

I have it and it was my first chain saw, so I didn't really know about chainbar oil. You need it. It worked really well, even cutting shit that was out of it's league. A stil is still going to be top notch, but this saw is pretty good, lasts about 20 min on a 9Ah battery. And with all saws, you have to sharpen them periodically.

I have had this since it first came out and have cut a lot of shit with it. I can cut up a pretty good sized tree with one battery and it's the saw I use 19/20 times. I also have a nice 50cc jonsered that I use for bigger jobs.

My only gripe is these 60v kits really should come with the fast charger. I paid 350 for the saw and 60v blower combo kit at fleetfarm.

Just ordered the bare tool from acmetools for $249 they have a bonus battery promotion. So since I already have a charger figured for a better deal.
