- It *might* not be free. It's good for a maximum of $1. You might also have to pay taxes.
- It's not really a coupon. It says it's a form of payment and to scan as "OTC Network". You don't have to put it in the coupon slot, so you can have it scanned off your phone.

Got mine today. Rings up like a credit card, so at self checkout, select "Credit Card" and scan the barcode.
