ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to: [1] legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; [2] who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry; [3] be a registered user of the Mint App; and [4] must have the three (3) conditions listed in the "To Participate" Section below (the "Entrant" or "You"). Employees of Intuit, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, prize suppliers, Marden-Kane, Inc. and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) (collectively "Releasees") and individuals living in the same household as such employees or an Entrant who has won a prize within two (2) years of having received said prize are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

ENTRY PERIOD: The "Mint $10K Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") begins on March 1, 2021 at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on March 31, 2021 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sponsor's computer, or that of its designee, runs the official clock for the Sweepstakes and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received.

TO PARTICIPATE: To participate an Entrant must have: 1. a web-enabled mobile device. Data rates may apply. Consult with your carrier for fees. 2. the Mint App downloaded onto your web-enabled mobile device. If you do not already have the Mint App on your device visit the application store for your mobile device and download and install the Mint application (the "App") for free (other term and conditions may apply). 3. And have a participating financial institution linked to your Mint App account showing your expenses.

TO ENTER: You will automatically earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each day you log into your Mint App. To enter the Sweepstakes by mail without logging into your Mint App: on a plain piece of paper 3"x5" piece of paper hand-print your name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, and email address (mandatory), place in a #10 business-size stamped envelope and mail to: Mint $10K Giveaway - March, P.O. Box 698, Syosset, NY 11791-0698. Your outer=mailing envelope must include a valid return address, which includes a complete first and last name. Mail-in entries, including outer envelope, must be handwritten. Mail entries must be postmarked by March 30, 2021 and received by April 5, 2021. Envelopes containing multiple entries will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, or postage due mail. Photocopies, mechanically reproduced, forged or altered mailed entries and facsimiles are void. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. No entries may be submitted on behalf of another person.

Limit: Limit of one (1) entry per person or email address per day regardless of method of entry. Entries received in excess of the entry limit stated herein will be disqualified. By submitting an entry, Entrant agrees to comply with the Sweepstakes Official Rules. Entries may only be submitted by a single Entrant. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules, as determined in Sponsor and/or Administrator's sole discretion, will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator are final and binding. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same account. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different Instagram, accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant's entries and that Entrant may be disqualified.

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner: Winner will receive a check equal to their 2021 spending as of March 31, 2021, up to a maximum of $10,000, as associated with/total spending of, Financial Institution(s) that they have linked to their Mint App account. Winner will receive $3,000, if spending is less than $3,000. Maximum Retail Value of prize: $10,000.00. For purposes of clarity, the spending will be defined as spending incurred between January 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021 and showing on any Financial Institution account linked to the Mint App. No transfers or substitution of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All federal, state, local tax (as applicable) and other tax liabilities (including income and withholding taxes) arising from prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The odds of winning the Prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes Period end date. In no event will more prizes be awarded than those listed in these Official Rules.

RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing to select one (1) prize winner will be conducted on or about April 5, 2021 from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted under the supervision of Marden-Kane, Inc., (the "Administrator"), an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. There is a limit of one (1) prize per person, household, mailing address within a fourteen (14) month period for ANY promotion Sponsored by Intuit.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: An Entrant is not deemed a winner of any prize, even if the winning notification should so indicate, unless and until (i) the Entrant's eligibility has been verified, (ii) all requirements determined by the Sponsor in order to claim his/her prize have been fulfilled and (iii) the Entrant has been notified that the acceptance and verification process is complete. Potential Winner will be notified via email and/or phone on or about two (2) business days after the drawing date. The potential winner will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and; where legal, a Publicity Release (collectively the "Affidavit") as well as an IRS Form W-9 and furnish his/her social security number that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the Winner's prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law. Completed forms must be returned within five (5) days from prize notification date or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential winner. The Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, request any additional documentation needed to verify a winner. If a potential Winner (i) cannot be contacted after a reasonable attempt has been made by Administrator (as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion); (ii) fails to timely return the required paperwork without alteration and in the form presented by Administrator; (iii) refuses the prize; and/or (iv) the prize or prize notification is rejected or returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to be deemed a winner in the Promotion and receive the prize, then that potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected through a random drawing by the Administrator from the remaining entries. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. If the prize is won by an eligible individual who is not of the legal age of majority in the state of residence ("minor"), the required documents must be confirmed and signed by winner's parent or legal guardian.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Electronically reproduced, mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder from which the entry is made. Releasees are not responsible for: (i) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human, typographical or printing errors, (ii) technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online enrollment form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, (iii) or for late, lost, stolen, illegible, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed or misdirected entries for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, or process any transaction thereon, (iv) errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes related materials. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Administrator's opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of this Sweepstakes, the Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any individual (and void his/her entry and/or prevent him/her from future entry), and/or who tampers with the entry process and/or who is acting in violation of these Official Rules modify or cancel or terminate this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the termination date. Caution: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures at their discretion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By accepting a prize, winner or, if a minor, their parent or legal guardian consents to the use of his/her name, city/state of residence, photograph, visual and/or audio likeness for advertising or promotional purposes by Sponsor, and its designees, including but not limited to the posting of winner's name on the Sponsor's website(s), in a Winners List or other online announcements, without additional compensation, permission or notification except where prohibited by law. Participants, or, if minors, their parents or legal guardians agree to release indemnify and hold harmless Releasees from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. U.S. law governs this Sweepstakes. Notice to online participants: Internet access and usage charges applicable to a participant's account, including access charges and/or any usage charges applicable under participant's Internet pricing plan and any applicable taxes will continue to apply while a participant is online in connection with this Sweepstakes, and will be the sole responsibility of such participant. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by any means, which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of Entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner(s) from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to action taken using the drawing procedure outlined above.

WHO WON: To request the name of the winner, send an e-mail with subject line: "Mint App March Winner" to [email protected]. Requests must be received no later than April 19, 2021. The list will be sent when the drawing has been conducted and the winner verified.

GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of participants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the state of California, without giving any effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in a court of law in Santa Clara County, California.

SEVERABILITY: If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
