I've been on their mailing list (email as well as physical address) for years, and have gotten nothing from them except a handful of free flash drive coupons. That's one handful over what must be about a decade now.

The quality is low - seems to be almost all plastic, sound quality is passable. The price is right if you're in the area but I wouldn't go out of my way to get these.
It's slightly on the smaller side though. I have a slightly-larger-than-average melon, and they barely fit.

As others have said... these are worth the price of $0. The sound is actually quite fine, but fit, finish is mostly cheap junk.
Heads up, to use the microSD card feature, just format with vfat/fat32 and load mp3s. It'll automatically play them in order... it's a pretty useful feature if you have a kid or something and want to just load up a bunch of random kids music without the need for a bluetooth device to stream from.
