Does anyone have any details on a good regimen for this type of set? I've tried to look around before and didn't get much but have a set and would love to start using them but usually most of the stuff I find is with other designs (like looped bands)

this is what i've been using for months. its a 10 min real time full body workout. as a beginner you only do 10 mins. as you advance you repeat it for a second set of 10 mins. and you keep going till your at max weight and 4 sets of 10 mins.

Where exactly can you wrap the bands around in an apartment without it destroying the apartment? In the video here, he has it wrapped around a strong piece of equipment attached to the floor in the gym: https://youtu.be/2JeKinaU8CU?t=44
