Seems like if you buy new digit camera, most of them will come up this kind of software. How is this better than the others?
And this version may be free. But how likely there will be update that won't require you to have Nikon camera?
It only works with Nikon RAW, TIFF/JPEG. If you have a Sony you can use Sony RVE. I'm sure Canon has their own. Most manufacturers have free software, so I don't know why this is being called 'a deal', and with Nikon supposedly exiting the camera market is it a deal?

This is basically a Lightroom competitor for Nikon. For Free.
It combines the power of 2 previous software -- at least one of which was Paid. The other I think was free.
But it combines both and is a powerful tool for Nikon users. Although Adobe might have slightly more features being $100/yr.
