Price seems lower than usual (at least what I seen).

It's a retired set. Didn't think it's worth $50 as the gas station is way too small, but at $30 it's got modding potential.

Bought one. Would not have spent $50, but $30 works for me.

Definitely not worth $50. It's on clearance at Walmart for $25, only store with stock is in Whitehall Pennsylvania.

The msrp was $50 (city theme is too expensive in US..). But it is retired set and $30 is a steal! for me. Thanks.

I don't get why City is so expensive relative to other sets where there's additional licensing requirements to pay out.

Solid deal! Agree with others that $50 MSRP is a big much, but $30 is pretty good.

The item @Nirokogaseru suggested is also good: normally $40, which again seems high, but $25 is the lowest I have seen.

Yeah, $50 is stupid expensive for retail price, not "collector sucks to be you that you missed out on it when it was available" price. It's not even the 2021 sets that have the new road plates that are a disgusting upcharge.

But at $30 it's a better deal. Compared to the Pizza Van which I think was $20 (although I got it at Costco for $15) with about 2/3rds the pieces, so yeah.
