Customize to get the RTX 3070 over the default video card, remove intel ax wifi to get $10 off, use coupon code 5GAMER2021 to get 5% off.

April 2 delivery, better deal than the Dell's right now.

If you select 750W platinum power supply you can use 10GAMER2021 code to get the price to 1304.99 and it's the best value for money upgrade out there I think. Upgrading CPU/RAM/SSD yourself will be a lot cheaper than HP's upgrades but a good 750W platinum power supply costs easily more than the $40 extra you'd pay. Also I would add the $10 extra for the intel ax wifi card but you can remove it to get the cheapest deal.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

Dont believe the shipping date. My Omen 25L (3070) order from January got pushed out to April 2021. Not even at assembly yet, only explanation is they are backordered on parts.

Im waiting for their cancellation request processing for last 1 week.

So be careful if you want this quick, HP plays 15% restocking game for canceling any order even before it is built.
FYI I ordered one of these Feb 15th, and deliver day WAS march 8th and is currently pushed back until March 29th.
1660 super vs 3070 no thanks

I am getting $386 as the 750 w power supply upgrade is $120. 8 GB 2666ram and 256 gb SSD are totally inadequate. I would not recommend this especially at this price and HP's poor rep.
Umm, the point here is that you can add anything you want. The 3070 is basically going for $1K right now on the secondary market, so you are basically getting everything else for less than $300..... Add some additional ram and storage and you have a great desktop.

Well, I jumped on the Costco RX5700 deal ($999( from a few weeks ago and my RX5700 is doing about 52 MH/s and higher sometimes, where the RTX 3070 is doing no more than 60MH/S even with some aggressive tweaking. That said, with PerksAtWork and logging as HP EPP, you can configure this one with RX5700 for about $992.74 with code "5GAMER2021". This is as close to the Costco deal as I can find. This seems to be a great deal for me since I was doing pretty well on the RX5700, but this is just me. Just my 2cents !

I think 3070 is worth the upgrade in this case as it will still be a lot more valuable and better at games than the 5700 once the mining craze subsides in a few months. But yes, use the 5700 upgrade to save more money if all you care is hashing.

You are absolutely correct buddy, I should be more specific about my opinion since it is completely based on Hashrate than any Gaming experience.Smilie
