By my math, if a person waited until right before this offer expires (4/9), their 4 month subscription would last through the Summer Olympics. I don't believe they have announced what Olympics coverage will be broadcast on Peacock yet but it is expected that Peacock will have a significant amount of Olympics coverage.

You're right with so many streaming services, and all of them started as cable cutters. Each of these streaming services are exclusives in it's content and you eventually ended up subscribing to 4-5 average service and eventually ended up paying more than cable 😂 that's the biggest BSi saw.

If you care about the money, just get one at a time for a month or two and rotate. Way cheaper than cable. I gladly pay for 6 on-demand, no commercial streaming services over cable though, and I think it's still cheaper.

How is it a scam? You don't have to have every streaming service. You can subscribe to one at a time. Thus, it will still be cheaper than cable.

just so new subscribers know, there is still an ad on premium subscription. People switch from regular TV to online media not to see ads, but that seems not to be the case with Peacock

Not only cheaper but the quality of the broadcast is usually higher than standard cable. Mostly 1080p from most streaming services. I dropped cable 5 years ago. Not looking back.
