Edit. Did they charge before shipping?
They charge your credit card and hold your money first and said it will ship next month, when next month comes, they will delay your shipment for another 3 weeks and another 3 weeks so on and so forth.
If you want to cancel your order and get your money back, you have to jump through hoops, wait 48 hours for a response and be told no.
The only way to get your money back is to do a credit card dispute or not order from HP in the first place.

i did the same thing to get a 980ti FE 5 years ago, that was also an HP system which I gifted (after taking the 980ti)
