That's probably because it's a key reselling site.

Depends on your definition of legit. They've been around for a while, and I've not heard a lot of complaints about them. However, I personally don't think a reputable site would constantly be trying to charge you $1.20 for a "Customer Protection Program." To protect you from what, exactly? Them selling you bad keys?

I get all the way to authorize PayPal and it says 3.49. Says 1.54 on the site then tries to authorize 3.49

I enjoyed it a lot back when I played it, a bit corny at times and predictable plot but the destruction mechanics really added a lot to it. Also nothing tops running around with the sledge hammer and smashing enemies while screaming "Hammer time!"

Still the best destruction physics in a game. Sure everything is made out of straw seemingly but that's just part of the fun!
