nnot sure about others, but mine got canceled. Some say if you just bought the phone without trade in or other backordered items, then you might have gotten lucky and samaung rushed ship the item. Otherwise any delay resulted in cancelation.

FYI: Newer plans only. I tried to add a line on my Simple Choice last night and was presented an error that it was a "Flex" pay account. Might of been newbs running the booth because both were calling T-mobile and Costco support wondering what that meant. I was told my plan is too old they can't add a line from their end. Only T-Mo can add a line for me. I did this for my Note 9 two years ago fine from Costco. Sigh.

It's a new line required for the $100 Costco card but you still should be able to buy the phone without adding a new line, right?
