Valid until 4/18/2021. For first time users only. Delivery only. Offer may not be combined with other offers. While supplies last. Available in Texas, New York and New Jersey only.
Says for first time users only but worked on my existing account.
Tip: If you're really a first time user, use code 25WELCOME or US25WELCOME for $25 off no minimum (pick up/delivery) first, then use this for $20 off $25 on delivery.
This made me delete the Uber Eats app. Not only did they remove the promo without notification, they make it all but impossible to contact someone about.
Gone gone gone! Poof! Gone! Yesterday it was still in my promo list but when I tried to redeem it, it didn't work so I left it. Went back today & it's gone. Deleting my account then

Looks like we all got screwed. It's gone from my promotions page and when you try to enter the code, the response you get is "Oops, you already applied this promotion"

If you think Uber Eats screwed you on this coupon, you can still get other coupons if you know how they target users for promotions.
Here's how Uber Eats promotions usually work:
Sign up for a new account with a new phone # and immediately get:
25WELCOME or US25WELCOME $25 off $25 Pickup/Delivery (combine with new user cash back for a free meal or money-maker)
Sign up for a new account and don't place any order, wait about 2-4 weeks you'll get:
GET30US $30 off $30 Delivery (combine with new user cash back for a free meal or money-maker)
After the first order, don't use Uber Eats for a while and get promotions like these:
YUMMY_FL0 $20 off $25 Delivery
8OFFNOW $8 off $20 Delivery
10OFFNOW $10 off $20 Delivery
These coupon codes do change every month or so, but the promotions are similar and users are targeted in very similar ways.
Now Uber Eats is very strict on validating if you are really a new user when you attempt to place the very first order. Once you successfully place the first order, it will not check again on subsequent orders.
On the very first order, it will cross check the phone number to see if it was used before in another account, which means if you delete your account and sign up again using the same phone number, you'll get denied the promotion. Credit card # must also be the different.
Also, don't create the account or place the order on your mobile app. Instead, use your browser (incognito mode preferred) to place the order. This is because Uber can identify the same device with the app, but not with the browser.
How to get a new phone number to use on Uber Eats?
Some carriers may let you change your phone number as often as every 7 days (such as H2O Wireless), while others will only let you do it for free 3 times a year (T-Mobile).
There are also plenty of free or close to free phone service, such as $1 Mint Mobile SIM with 7-day free trial on Amazon, that will let you get a new valid phone numbers to use on Uber Eats. When you choose a new number, don't use congested area codes because the phone number you get may be recycled and someone could have used it on Uber Eats already. Choose a newer area code.
Google Voice numbers may also work, but many of the numbers are recycled numbers and many are already marked on Uber Eat's database as ineligible for promotions, so it's a hit or miss. It's still worth a try, however.

What can we do about it? Does anyone know how to reach customer service?
