The 3000psi is with low flow and the 2.4gpm is with low pressure.

We have two gas power washers, one 4500psi and the other is 3500psi. We also have an electric kerosene powered steamer on a base that we seldom use anymore. Except for reach with the 0 degree nozzle, all are overkill for most things residential.
What seems like a viable option for many, I am considering an electric model just for general washing of vehicles, patio decks and such.

Sunjoe plays with its ratings, it's pretty well known [bbbprograms.org]. I would take any "rating" they give with a huge grain of salt.
How do you lubricate them?
With occasional pressure release?!
