Thanks and repped... I combined with Target Circle offer 15% off and Target Red Card 5% off, it came up $64.60 before tax for me... not bad coz i need this badly since my Roku 3 crapped out on me...

Unless you have a TV within the last two years and a Roku even older, there isn't much incentive to upgrade.
I have a 2018 Roku Ultra, and the only differences are HDMI 2.0b (from 2.0)- which only matters for 4K+ with refresh rates over 120 Hz, a stepped up processor (ARM Cortex A53 to A55), double RAM (1 GB to 2 GB), octuple storage (512 MB to 4 GB), and added HLG & Dolby Atmos support (from only HDR10).
The Roku spec says it's "MIMO wireless," but that's a required feature for 802.11n/ac/ax wireless, so there's minimal difference unless you have a really old router.

Agreed. I was tempted to go the Ultra route because it has wired Ethernet, but having instead gone for the $25 Premiere I'm glad I didn't. The wi-fi only version works just fine.

It's also annoying that they haven't upgraded the wired port to gigabit. It's still only 10/100.
