Odds are most people will never use more than a small handful of sizes in this kit, and contractors are likely going to find they need a larger size that isn't included or multiples of the most common sizes they use and wear out. Plus, very few people ever change out the pilot bits in their hole saws unless they break.
I think this is one of those situations where buying individual saws as needed is a better choice, unless that case is just a must have item.
