Those mentioning range, maybe you have defective units. The Buds+ I got for my wife have excellent range. She'll leave her phone in the kitchen and walk about the house without reception loss. She'll even go into the basement and upstairs. It's an 1,100 sq ft house built in the 50's.

I have XM3 Buds and wow, the sound quality (bass, treble, and ANC kills this thing).
The only reason I like these as as backup is that the XM3s are huge and goes into my ears. Whereas, these do not. The best part is you can lay down and nap or eat with them on and you won't hear yourself chewing!
Passive cancellation from a proper seal blocks out loud noises. These don't block the ear canal... With the WFXM3 I can't hear anything going on around me with foam tips. But that's not necessarily a good thing.

Comparison with Plus. Essentially Plus is better in every way other than microphone and perhaps looks.
I chatted and was repeatedly told I need to call 1800samsung.
I did that, on the tele prompts select mobile device and accessories option. After going through few more menus, I finally got a message saying my wait time is 1 minute.
Well I was on hold for 30 mins then someone finally answered, redirected me 2 times, then I reached an agent who offered to send the sleeves.
I had to give every detail, my name , email, full address over the phone on a bad connection, they could have just picked it up from order number but did not.
I am still not 100% sure they got my email or mailing address right as I have no confirmation email.
I called samsung back and was given a ticket number and told someone will call me with further updates.
