These are very picky as to which wifi systems they work with. For example, they will only work on a 2.4GHz system, not a 5GHz, but even then, it must be an older system. Struggles with Ubiquity systems as well. If you plan to simply hit the power button and never use the app, your good but if you want to take full advantage of them it is hit or miss.

Note that Home Depot regularly sells these for $139: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Nanol.../303542283 [homedepot.com]

I got three kits from them. I'd be tempted to go the Costco route for the extra ten bucks just for their return/warranty policies.

BTW, love these things. Always wanted some and glad I purchased.
I thought costco had like a 90 day window for returns on electronics?

Can these be connected to PC? And change lights based on music playing/rythm on the PC?

This is my main frustration with these. I gave up long time ago and just left them white instead of trying to pair them up every time I would need to change the scene. Given that, I think I got the starter kit at the now defunct Fry's for like 120 dls several years ago

These are kind of neat, but I'm not sure I have a room in my house I need to make look like a disco from Saved By the Bell.

FYI Canvas is only 396 lumens vs Rhythm 900 lumens
I read that the Canvas can support 1000 pieces while the Rhythm can only support 30.... not that anybody here has that kind of panel monie
